You cannot buy a score. You request a measurement, independent inspectors visit, and only once two inspectors have measured on two different days does your toilet get a class.

§1Request an inspection
Right below. Your venue goes on the list for independent inspectors in your city.
§2Inspect or edit it yourself
Not possible. Nor paying to jump the queue. That is what keeps a score worth something.
§3Improved after a low score?
Request a new measurement. The old score stays until two new measurements on different days replace it, and every score expires after 180 days.
